Step 1. Go to sheets.google.com and create a new spreadsheet. Name it anything you like (e.g. ShepherdDesk Data).

Step 2. Click Extensions → Apps Script. Delete any existing code and paste the script below:

Step 3. Click Deploy → New deployment. Choose type: Web app. Set Execute as: Me. Set Who has access: Anyone. Click Deploy and authorise when prompted.

Step 4. Copy the Web app URL (starts with https://script.google.com/macros/s/…) and paste it into ShepherdDesk above. Click Save URL then 🔗 Test Connection.

Important: After making any changes to the script, click Deploy → Manage deployments → Edit → New version to update it. Re-using the same deployment URL will reflect the new code.
